Hey coffee lovers!

Today, I'm gonna show you how to make the perfect cold brew at home.

Trust me, once you try this, you won't want to go back to store-bought.

First off, you need some good quality coffee beans.
Go for a medium or dark roast for a richer flavor.

Grind them coarsely. Think breadcrumbs, not flour.

You'll need about one cup of ground coffee for every four cups of water.

Now, grab a large jar or pitcher. Add your coffee grounds, and then pour in cold, filtered water.

Give it a good stir to make sure all the coffee is wet.

Cover it and let it steep for about 12 to 24 hours.

Patience is key here!

Once your coffee has steeped, it's time to strain it.

Use a fine mesh sieve or a coffee filter to separate the grounds from the liquid.

You can strain it twice if you want to make sure it's super smooth.

And there you have it!

Your homemade cold brew concentrate.

To serve, dilute it with water or milk to your taste.

I usually go for a 1-1 ratio.

Add ice, and maybe a splash of vanilla or a dash of cinnamon if you're feeling fancy.

Cold brew is perfect for hot days, or when you need a smooth, less acidic coffee kick.

Plus, it stays fresh in the fridge for up to two weeks.

So, give it a try and let me know what you think in the comments!
