How It All Started
My love for coffee began in the warmth of my childhood kitchen, watching my Amma (mother) craft her daily ritual with quiet devotion. She'd boil water, steep freshly ground coffee powder, patiently wait for the decoction to settle, then filter it into perfectly boiled milk — a process she repeated four or five times a day, even on fasting days when coffee was her only sustenance.
My Nanna (father) always dreamed of opening a small coffee shop in the basement of our home. That dream never materialized — but it planted a seed in my mind that never stopped growing.
The AHA Moment
Everything came together during a visit to Coorg, a breathtaking hill station in South India and one of the country's largest coffee-producing regions. Staying in a resort nestled among coffee estates, we experienced the full journey — from sourcing and sun-drying to roasting and grinding — guided by a local expert who brought every step to life.
That experience was transformative. When we returned to the US, we dove deep into coffee sourcing, roasting, supply chain, and distribution. The rest, as they say, is history — and we've been testing, tasting, and discovering ever since.

Coffee Sourcing
Single Origin Coffee
All our coffee beans are sourced from farmers worldwide who follow environmentally friendly practices and adhere to the highest quality standards. Coffee cherries are hand-picked, processed, sun-dried, and hand-sorted before packaging.
Flavored Coffee
Our flavored coffees begin as specialty-grade single-origin beans, roasted in small batches. Each order is then carefully infused with high-quality natural flavoring oils while still warm — ensuring maximum aroma and depth.
