💼 Open Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Type: Commission-based  |  Location: Remote (US)  |  Experience: 1–2 years

Fresh Brew Cafe LLC is looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand — actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers, showcasing our premium coffee and tea products, and helping drive top-line revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and genuinely passionate about what we do.

🎯 Responsibilities

  • Promote & sell — Strategically present Fresh Brew Cafe’s products and key value propositions to prospective customers
  • Build relationships — Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and foster long-term customer loyalty
  • Hit your targets — Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals for new customer acquisition
  • Track & report — Log prospect interactions and monitor goal attainment in our CRM system
  • Stay sharp — Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and our evolving market opportunity

✅ Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated with an unrelenting drive to understand and serve customer needs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
