A slow-roasted blend of specialty grade Arabica and Robusta, it delivers a deeply intense, full-bodied cup that's as rich as it is commanding. Every bean is taken to its darkest potential, producing a roast with a characteristic oil sheen and a flavor profile that is unmistakably bold.

We use only specialty grade beans — Arabica for its nuance and sweetness, Robusta for its body and natural crema. Together, slow-roasted to Italian standards, they create a cup that's unapologetically dark and deeply satisfying.
